Each Zenno rug is a bespoke creation, crafted exclusively to your specifications. For this reason, returns and cancellations cannot be accepted once an order is placed, in accordance with EU consumer law on personalized goods.

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If your rug arrives damaged or faulty, our team will ensure a swift resolution — whether through a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with supporting details, and we will take care of the rest.
