How do I order?
Fill out the order form and upload your image. We’ll review it and come back to you with the price and any suggested size adjustments if needed. If your design is based on a real person or place, we redraw it to ensure the design is perfectly adapted into a rug. Production only begins once you confirm and payment is completed.
How much does a rug cost?
Pricing depends on the size, amount of colors and design complexity. After you submit your image, we’ll send you a custom quote before starting production.
When will I recieve my rug?
Delivery and Production typically take 2-4 weeks from confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Where are you based?
We are based in Berlin, Germany.
Can I return my rug?
Since every rug is custom-made, we only accept returns if your rug arrives damaged or faulty.
